Courtesy of the Blue Mountains Community Land Trust network and Blue Mountains City Council, last week Shelter NSW attended a virtual briefing on the draft Affordable Housing Policy for the Blue Mountains LGA.

This Policy – done well – will provide Council with a framework to grow Affordable Housing in the region. Public comment is invited on the Policy until Sunday 1 September 2024. Read here for more details and to put in a survey response or written submission on the draft Policy.
