The Sydney Alliance is a diverse coalition of community organisations, religious organisations, unions and schools that uses the tools of community organising to make the city a better place to live.

The Good Growth Alliance is a partnership of housing, property, and business peak organisations with a shared vision of creating more sustainable and liveable cities and regional areas. The alliance members are the Community Housing Industry Association NSW, Homelessness NSW, the Property Council of Australia, and Shelter NSW.

Women’s Community Shelters works with communities to establish new shelters, which provide short term emergency accommodation and support in a safe environment that enables homeless women to rebuild self-esteem and achieve control and fulfilment of their lives.

Newtown Neighbourhood Centre provides community support services to the local community and in particular the disadvantaged groups such as the aged, people with disabilities, people who are homeless, people with mental illness, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and people on low incomes.

WelcomeMat is a tenant-matching portal for affordable rental housing. The WelcomeMat platform has been designed to provide both a more accessible and equitable system for those seeking affordable rental housing, and to deliver efficiencies and cost savings for housing providers.

Head Start Homes helps families living in community housing transition to home ownership, without the need for a deposit, via their Head Start Guarantee and empowerment services. This then creates a newly vacated community housing home for another family who is likely to be homeless.

Fresh Hope Housing is a community housing provider. They are a member of Churches Housing (the peak representative body for faith based housing providers).

The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation provides real and direct assistance to address the cause and effect of homelessness; intergenerational poverty; and unemployability.
