The Housing Matters Action Group (HMAG) continues to kick goals in Bellingen. We were delighted to read a long-form story in the Bellingen Shire News about its progress in establishing a Community Land Trust in Bellingen.  CLTs offer a great alternative to the traditional property and private rental market but they do require collaboration, local leadership and careful planning in their establishment. That’s what we seeing in Bellingen. We congratulate HMAG for the progress they are making.
