As facts and figures like dwelling completions and rental vacancy rates occupy a sizeable part of the mainstream conversation on housing, it can be easy to forget that housing is more than a numbers game; it’s about people, their experiences and their stories.
This Sunday 19 April, you are invited to help connect local and personal stories back to the housing conversation and join the Housing Table Talk co-hosted by the Sydney Alliance and St Vincent’s Catholic Church in Ashfield.
Join people from across the Inner West to discuss your ambitions for housing justice and the obstacles that currently stand in the way. Connect with like-minded people and join in with the Sydney Alliance to discover ways in which you can participate in strategic, collective action with like-minded people.
Where: St Vincent’s Church Hall, 7 Bland St, Ashfield, NSW, 2131
When: 11:30pm – 1:30pm
RSVP: HOUSING TABLE TALK Registration Sunday 19 April 11.30am – 1.30pm
